My Current Tier-1 (Gen) is valid till 19-April-2016. My first Tier-1 was granted in August 2011.
Given the change of rules this month end can I apply for extension now? I know the new time for ILR extension etc. would be affected as revised leave/extension would be granted from date of application.
The important question is can I apply for Tier-1 (Gen) extension more than a year before current visa expires?
