Tier 1 General Dependent Visa

Hi All,

I have recently got MY ILR based on tier 1 general ( 5 Years). my wife who came to uk in 2011 and staying with me since then hasn't passed life in uk exam. So I can't apply her ILR yet, I need to get her visa extended and depended. Can some confirm that if following form is right one

Yes, it is the correct form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
