@Khan
Its just really silly. I worked out the time scale, and if we go according to government post. immigration saw the appeal and processed it all (ECM looked at it thoroughly and sent it back) in either (1 day) or ( 7 Days). Now im trying to call tribunal and they have an emergency so they are not taking calls.
Application and biometrics submitted - 27August 2014
Visa Refused - 17 December 2014
Online appeal submitted - 9th January 2015
Notice of a pending appeal - 27th January 2015
Bundle received back from BHC ISB (apparently) - 24th February 2015

do you how long does it take for the appeal bundle to reach embassy or ECM.Because the normal international post by the tribunal can take upto 6 weeks to reach the appellants(told by tribunal).

Ask your MP to call on your behalf to ask about an update on your wifes visa.
Have you been granted your spouse visa yet?
