just quick question on ilr is HO check ur previous tex return either u paid or not

Yes for all employments self employed and employed.

make sure if you have tax to be paid or to be collected in the next tax year either via SA or PAYE, make sure you have a proof of that

Just one more can we rectify last 5 years if we did not pay full Tex can we emend that is this any issue

yes you can amend, but that depends on HMRC and penalties that can incur
