HSMP JR FLR Extension under Tier 1 G

Dear Immigration Advisor



I am a part of and covered by HSMP Judicial Review and my HSMP Approval was issued in March 2005 i.e before April 3, 2006 and entry clearance in 2005 . I still possess Tier 1 General Visa further extended under the criteria of HSMP Judicial Review Judgment 2008 & in line with HSMP Policy Guidance 2008 and my visa has already been extended from June 2013 to June 2016.

Since Tier1 General further Extensions will be closed from April 6, 2015, am I required to apply for extension under Tier 1( as I am a part of HSMP Judicial Review which says “subsequent extensions will be given to applicants, should they wish not to apply for settlement”) .

Or I am required to apply for HSMP FLR Extension 28 days before my current visa expires in June 2016?

Tier 1 General Guidance Notes clearly mention the deadline of 6 April 2015 for further extension and April 2018 for ILR but the Guidance for FLR HSMP Extensions under Judicial review Policy Guidance 2008 do not at all mention these set deadlines for further extension.

I shall highly appreciate your valuable guidance on this which will immensely help me.
