CHILD LIVED IN UK FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS

Post by mohsamumar » Fri Mar 13, 2015 11:22 am

Hi all
I have a child living in the UK for 10 years ,I did apply for FLR and been refused ,I appealed to the court and the hearing was on 09/03/15 ,the hearing took only 30 mins as the home office representative did not talk about my child at all and did ask me only one question is why I did not apply for visa to go to my wife country and I did answer positivist.
my Barrister did speak well regarding my child life in the UK and the home office did not make any objection on my Barrister speech at the of the hearing the Judge did ask the home office if she would like to concede but the lady said that she can not make that decision and then my Barrister continue he`s talking and the Judge was fully listen to my Barrister while the home office was listening and shaking her head agreeing with all the Barrister points .
I know that no one can expect the outcome but as the home office did not mention any thing regarding my son been living in the UK for 10 years and did not give any reason for refusal so is this a good sign .
if anyone can share advise please .
