Visa for Child born in India

Post by Gousi » Sun Mar 08, 2015 6:49 pm

Dear Friends,

I need your help in advising me about the steps i need to take to apply for dependent visa for my new born baby.

My wife traveled to india in September 2014 and child is born in December 2014.

I have applied for Citizenship and i became British Citizen in Jan 2015.

My Wife: She has ILR
Myself: British Citizen from Jan 2015

My Questions
1) Can i apply for British passport for my baby from india?

2) if no, then can you suggest me the visa i have to apply and documents i need to submit?

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks & Regards
Gous
