IELTS Testand UKBI requriement?

Hello all,

The UKBI document

specifies all the english language tests acceptable. My questions are:-

1. Are the IELTS tests general or academic ?
2. My dep. has her scores in overlapping both B2 and C1 levels. Which level would she be assigned?

3. The UKBI document says

No documents required. Please provide your SELT unique reference number on your application form. This can be found on your TRF displayed as UKVI

Where is this UKVI number on the IELTS form? I can only see a TRF number at the bottom left. Does any one know?

Also, the other document states

For tests taken on or after 6 April 2013: no documents required (Scores must be verified using the Cambridge English online system using name, date of birth and passport number)

Does someone know what the link is to verify results and what should be sent to the UKBA as a proof?

I'm trying to find out the same thing, did you use the TRF number, as I can't see a UKVI number.
