This is the one I used for my wife's visa application in early February 2015. Visa since granted.

It's very quick that your spouse gor visa very fast. Are you sure that your spouse applied in feb 2015?

Hi,

Can any one help me to answer what questions in section 1 and section 2 of Appendix2 form should be filled for a child of 8 years old.
I know section 3 is Mandatory since it is financial..
Confused about questions given in Section 1 and 2 which are related to spouse/partner mostly..
Kindly answer ASAP.
