Requires Tier1 Extn or ILR when enter UK less than 90 days?

Hi All,

I got tier 1 general visa on 12 feb 2011 and i entered UK on 25 March 2011, 41 days late which is less than 90 days period.

Will this consider 5 year ILR continuous period as per new rules Apr-2014? should I requires to go for another extension?

if you enter within 90 days grace period of time then your visa issue date will be considered for continuous residence.
