NHS Treatment in the past

What effect a NHS treatment in the past will have on future visiting visa applications.


I received a NHS treatment in 2007 for which i didn't pay as i was registered with GP - which now i feel shouldn't be as i was on a visiting visa.

What affect this will have on my future visa applications.

I am 70+ and visited my son in UK who is a British citizen
