Spouse visa financial requirement

Hi,

I am an UK citizen applying visa for my wife in india. Could some one please clarify the following questions regarding VAF4a appendix2?

1) I am a contractor working from past 5 months earned 21,000 as gross income.what catagory I have apply ? 3a or 3b?
Ans: 3B

2)what I have to fill for this?
3.12 Has your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount, as detailed in above,continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application? (Category A)
Answer:No
3.13 Has your sponsor had other salaried employment, in the UK, in the 12 months prior to the date of application? (Category B)
Answer: NO as I didn't earn any thing in this year

3)is that ok if I show them only 5 months salary slips? Or is it mandatory to show minimum 6 months ? I can only able to produce 5 months payslips(recent)

Please could some one confirm.

category 3b is correct category ? Please confirm ?

I think I am satisfying 2 required criterias

1) with in six month salary > 18,600
2) total with in recent 12 months > 18,600

Still I need to produce sixth month payslip?

Then you don't qualify to apply, as simple as that.

Either you have to demonstrate that over the 12 months leading to the application , you have earned that amount and your current annual earning will correspond with that amount.

If you have only been working for 5 months and has no other earning , or your earning over the 12 months leading to you application , does not amount to 18600, then you will have to wait.

If I join new company now(till now 5 months in Hand Payslips >= 18600). How many months I have to wait for applying?
