Please help...Urgent PBS Dependent ILR

Hey guys,

Am planning to apply ILR nextmonth and currently I hold PBS Dependent. My husband hold ILR already.

Now am applying SET O application, My question is should I just need to produce Life in Uk test, my payslips and bank statement as document on SET O aplications says So... Do i need to include any cohabitation evidence? or marriage certificate ? If I need to include cohabitation ,is that for 2 years?

Please let me know what are documents I need include..

What about English B1 test certificate?? Your husbands payslips, income, etc??

Did your husband obtain ILR based on 5 years PBS visa?

Also,

I didnt work December month, so If I book an appointment this month end, I wont be able to produce my latest 3 months payslip. Can I include Nov month payslip and write a letter explaining it? please advise....

You need your partners payslips and whatever ones you have plus bank statements.

For cohabitation documents, look at pages 59, 60 and 70 of the FLR(M) form, it gives a good indication for cohab docs.
