Query Regarding Wife Extension

Hi All, My ILR has been approved on 13/03/2015 on the basis of Tier 1 General Visa (5 Years). Actually, my wife got visa in Pakistan (Tier 1- Dependent visa) on 21-10-2014 (Visa Expiry Date: 06/04/2015). She came in UK on 26/11/2014. Could you please advise that which Form she need to fill? regards, yusaf

She can continue to extend her current visa on the PBS Dependent form until she meets the 5 year residence requirement for ILR.

I submitted the following documents for applying my wife dependent visa. (Visa Granted: 21/10/2014 from Pakistan, Arrived In UK: 26/11/2014, Visa Expired: 06/04/2015)

1- Original Passport of Wife
2-Marriage certificate (Verified from foreign office)
3-Marriage photos.
4-Two Passport size (Wife)
5-Sponsorship declaration from Husband
6-Certified copies of visa and passport of husband
7-Certified copies of NIC Wife/Wife's father and mother
8-Maintenace fund bank statement (Main applicant, , £630 + £945, three months).
9-Tenancy agreement and survey report
10-Lebara Talk History/Uphone international call/emails/skype
11-Remittance Forms(Money transfer to wife proof)
12-UK Predepature Tuberculosis detection program medical certificate

Could any one tell me about the required documents for her further extension.

Alternatively, she may explore the cheaper FLR (M) route and apply, but the 6 months she already spent in the UK will not be added towards her ILR.
