Date of Online Form

Hi Guys,

My wife's online application date was 8th March but her appointment for biometrics and submission is 27th March.
Once the online form is printed, it asks for a signature and date twice on that form.
What date should I put, the date of online application or date of submission, or a date in between?

You should enter the date of the online application.
