Non-EEA Family member traveling alone?

Hi my daughter is a non-EEA family member to me. She has a UK Residence Documentation. My questions are; will she be able to travel and re enter the country without me? secondly, will she be able to travel and re-enter the UK even though her residence documentation is not embedded into her passport?
