New english test spouse visa

Hi every one
I ve just read about new change will happend after 5 April 2015
English test use to be. Ket key test. Which includes. Speaking reading and writing
The new one. Will be ielts life skill a1 and. B1 levels
I'm tryin to have more information as possible
Please if any one know what is it and is there any sample quetion. Or cd books I can get hold of ?
And

For finance
I have 2 jobs
One full time job earn 15000 a year and Secand job. Is part time earn 4000
Is this going to be n issue with the home office.
If no issue what do I need to supply to support spouse form
Any one have more info on support document will excellent
