Appropriate form n required salary for wife and our son

Hi,
I applied for Entrepreneur visa on January 2014 and its still pending in home office (received the acknowledgement only). I will be 10 years in this Country in June 2015 and my wife will be 10 years in this Country in September 2015. She came 2 months 15 days after me in 2005. Our son was born in January 2012 in this country.
I would like to apply for ILR (10 years, long residence) in June 2015. But in this case what application form should be appropriate my wife and our son? And what is the required minimum salary for them? Can the salary be shown jointly? For how many months do I need to show the pay slip? What are the other requirements? Can I apply 28 days before my complete 10 years?

Please give me good advises to process our application while previous Entrepreneur application is still in home office.
