Applying OCI for minor daughter, parents still on ILR

Hi

I’ve a question on applying for OCI for my daughter.

She was born in the UK, now 3 years old, holds an Indian Passport and residing in UK. She has been registered as a British Citizen earlier this month and we’ve just applied for her British Passport.

My wife and I are currently on ILR and will be eligible for British Citizenship in February 2016.

In this context, can I proceed in surrendering her Indian Passport and more importantly can I apply for her OCI now?

Thanks for moving, but I just checked and links work, pdf downloads actually, so might take a little longer on slower connections.
