Help - EEA2 to UK Citizen

Ok, quick story behind this.

I am from outside the EU. I got married in 2007 to an EU citizen, and have had my permanent residence card 2 years now.

Been in the UK before the marriage, but with visas that would not qualify for anything. Now I want to apply for permanent residency, get a British passport etc.

I know I need to sit the Life in the UK Test and pay a bit of money etc. I am just at the beginning of this now and have no idea what I am doing. What forms do I need? Does it make any difference that I am just recently divorced?

Any advice would be great and appreciated. Thank you.
