Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Switch

Hi ,

I am currently on a Tier 2 ICT visa, I created a company two yrs back for my wife (on a dependent Tier 2 visa) for research purposes, Me and my wife both are directors of the company. Now I want to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa using the VC funding route.

Can i use the same company to apply for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa ?
