Switching to Spouse Visa from 10 Years Route

Post by hamid84 » Tue Mar 31, 2015 12:21 am

Hi

My wife is on 10 years route because we did not meet certain conditions at the time of applying for spouse visa. She has had visa for just about a year now. She has to renew every after 30 months.

We now wish to switch to spouse visa to bypass this long 10 years time. She has been in UK since 2007.

My questions are;

We both work and earning well over 25000 net income per year jointly. ( Do we meet the financial requirement in this case? )

If we meet financial requirements, how soon can we apply for FLR M and how many months bank statements and wages slip do we need?

Thanks
Arrived UK in Dec 2000, Received ILR Oct 2008, Citizenship Approved March 2016.
