MN1 Can I send application and documents separately URGENT

Dear All
I am applying for my daughter under section 1(3) who is in Pakistan and new rule says to enroll for bio-metric I can use old form and fee (off-course) if I send application today or tomorrow but I am short of a document PLEASE help me that can I send application today or tomorrow and that document in two to three days

What document is it? It's risky sending any document without a reference number to the application it pertains to, something you won't get until that application is first processed. The Home Office sometimes occasionally loses stuff anyway, without any prompting. And reference numbers mean everything to them. I'd almost consider just sending what you have with a note in the application that the document is available upon request. When they request it it, then you could send the document with the reference number and be pretty sure it will get to the right place. That is ofcourse risky too as they might just reject the application outright, but atleast you wouldn't lose the document. Is there any reason you couldn't wait just a few days more (if it really is just 2 or 3 more days)?

actually my daughter is in Pakistan and I am going to register her under section 1(3) and from 7th of april there is a new rule of enrolling biometrics so I want to submit my application on old form which does not say anything about biometrics , so whats your kind suggestion what should I do now . missing document is her birth certificate which i will get on Thursday. I'd have the application ready. Once the birth certificate is in your hands, one sanity check over everything and send it all off Next Day delivery.
