Tier 2 General Dependant Visa Process

Hi All,

I have seen lot of people asking and answering questions here, so I thought I would write my query here too. May be someone out there who have done same thing I am trying to do.

I have been granted Tier 2 General visa since May 2013 and recently I got married. My wife is in India and I want make Tier 2 General Dependant visa.

My questions is - Can I apply from UK rather then India?

Application should be made in person by dependant along with biometrics. You can only sponsor the visa.
