ILR applicatiom with tier 2 dependant

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 2 with one dependant. I will be applying ILR through 10 yrs long residence route.

Can my partner still be on tier 2 dependant visa when I do get my ILR or does she have to apply for another visa?

My partner came to the UK in 2013. When can she apply for ILR?
