any BANGLADESHI hsmp applicant???

hello all, is there any bangladeshi applicant? if so, will any one please inform me about tax return certificate? i can't get it out of the tax office. the only thing i can get is salary assesment certificate which simply states that i am register with revenue service and it includes TIN number. :roll:
