Which category? Which form?

Hi everyone,

My wife received her Tier1 - General dependant visa on January 2014.

I'm not granted ILR and we need to apply to extend her visa. I know she isn't eligible for ILR but i wanted to know which category should we apply under and which form we should use.

is it PBS? Or FLR(M)?

Also can we get a PEO appointment for this sort of application?

Did you get ILR based on Tier 1 or long residence?

She can continue to extend as PBS dependant.

In person appointment can be done. You will need to pay the NHS sufchsrge of £200 per year, payable upfront at point of application.

i got the ILR based on 5 years tier 1.

Which form do we fill in for PBS dependant?

Also how do i know how many years the extension is going to be before the visa is granted?

can you confirm if tier1 dependant application cost is £1736?? seemed a bit excessive, am i looking at the corerct figure?

plus 3 years x £200 NHS surcharge...
