PBS Calculator - Print out Expiry

Post by Rajuk09 » Thu Apr 09, 2015 11:32 am

Hi All,
Planning to apply for BC end of this month or before mid of next month , depending on my NCS appointment and other documents.
Quick question , on Language requirement, was about to get the print out from PBS calc , but if I apply mid of next month , should it be OK ? or I should take it within certain period ? worried if PBS calc changes in mean time ?
Please advice.

When were you granted ILR? If it was after 28 October 2013, , you can simply tick the relevant box, on form AN page 7, simply tick the box:
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013;

Personally I'd take PBS printout at the time of preparation of application to be of the latest status.

Thought so , but reason for taking it before hand (1 month earlier) is , if at all I am not awarded points , in the last minute then either taking up Exam or check with NARIC is only the way , which will delay my application...
