FLR M applying

Hi

We are marrying in July 2015 and have a marriage visa.

Argentina to uk,

She had to go back to argentina for the last few months but back before the wedding.
We need to apply online for FLR(m) first extension
It states we need to be in the uk.
Obviously we want to book now till gain a spot for the premium service.
Can we do this online now as the actual application will be after we get married and she will be in the uk.

Premium service appointments are only available 42 days in advance so a bit too early for July.

Is it a marriage visit visa or a fiance visa?

It's a fiancé visa.

Online now I can book until 12 July .

But it says u must be in the uk, does that mean in the uk right now ?

Or in the uk when u have ur appointment

Bit desperate because slots get booked up fast apparently .

To be clear we have a fiancé visa . Getting married in July but she is currently out of uk.
We wish to book premium service but it says u must be in the uk.
She will be for the date we book obviously and as close to marriage as possible before visa runs out.

Can we book online premium service date and pay health surcharge ? Even though she's not here
