Mention speed awareness course in Set O form ?

Hi All,
I had attended a speed awareness course some 6 months back and even though it doesnt come under any kind of a conviction, is it still required/suggested to mention this somewhere in the Set (O) form ?
Any one who has experienced a similar situation please can you share your thoughts...
