AN form Section 3.2 advice Employment

hi Gurus,


I need advice to fill up section 3.2 of AN form
3.2 Are you: Employee, Director etc ?
i am currently working full time as employee , however i am also director of my own limited company which is dormant for past 3 years and not doing any activity , should i also check "director" box as well ? or only current employment ?

Secondly where i can find the address of tax office ?
