Separated and spouse moving address

Post by Kayla » Thu Apr 16, 2015 3:02 pm

Hi everyone,

I have read that even though my spouse and I are currently separated (though not legally) that we are still by the HO definition "married". I found out a few days ago that my spouse is about to move house and I know on the form it asks for his address and I was wondering should I wait until he has moved and use his new address or would I be able to use his current address? Also, do you know if they send out any letters to him being we are at separate addresses?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Kayla
