Naturalization for a Child with ILR

Myself, my wife and my daughter (aged 10) received ILR in the month of April 15. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I have to take my child abroad while my wife will remain in UK for the next 12 months..Can my daughter apply for a British Passport along with my wife next year. Is there a residency requirements for kids below 13 for naturalization.
