Hi, was on marriage visa and marriage broke down with wife pregnant with twins and after children born went to court and got contact order, solicitor apply for ilr and but just as visa was about to expire was given 30mths on exceptional paragraph ... but contact with children broke down then went to court again got contact order... it broke down again and went to court again but this time judge want my visa to be renewed first before contact proceeding... don't knw which form to use and documents to proof subsisting relationship..... any help Amber?
