Could anyone guide me regarding 1.9 of Form MN1.
I have not obtained my child passport from the embassy of my country. I have even not registered my child at my country embassy.
Therefore what to put in section 1.9 of Form MN1?
Does that mean I need to fill other form for stateless people?

The child is not stateless. Child takes on the nationality of the parents, even if you don't register them at the embassy.

I have read the guidance but unfortunately am not able to understand fully.

Section 2
2.1 you can enter date of birth
2.2 addresses since birth
2.3 leave blank if child has not traveled out of the UK
2.4 if child will live in England, then that is what you write

You don't need to complete Section 3.
