Yes but there's no way of knowing if you were out of the country for more than 90 days in the last 12 months. Payslips covering last 12 months will do.anp wrote:I don't see the point, to be honest, since my status has already been confirmed with the PR. I can include payslips and P45 though.
Yes, he is right. You need evidence that you have been in the country for the 12 months prior to your application. My wife did same and the requested for such evidence which she did not submit when she made the initial application and they requested for it a few weeks later, leading to them making their decision late. What they requested for were bank statement, utility bills, GP letter etc As your EU passport is usually not stamped on exit or entry out/into the country, they are not able to use this as evidence of residence during this periods, mid that makes sense.anp wrote:I am a bit lost. Are you sure?

To satisfy the residence requirement you should not have been absent for more than 90 days in the last 12 months.
You should also bear in mind that, if you are not married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you will need to have been free of immigration restrictions for a further 12 months after acquiring permanent residence.
Ok, I did not realise your weren't an EU national. In that case, your passport and PR card should do. there is no need to sumbit anything else.anp wrote:I am not an EU citizen. My passport gets stamped all the time. And perhaps, the difference between the 2 cases is that I already have a PR. PR automatically proves your right of residence and the unlimited extent that it was given for. Why does one need to prove it again?
Is there an official link I can look it up? It doesn't make sense.
