Well, I am applying for EC only in January since I dont intend to move to the UK without a Job. I am in touch with a few people there who are showing interest. So my plan is to get a job and go there. I know its not easy to get a job and then move there for most people but in my line of work ( NON - IT)..most jobs are networked. So keeping fingers crossed. I got two favourable responses from two companies already. Also my fiancee is british born indian so i have given her home address and mobile number as contact details.Congrats johnsyk - good work!
Do some RnD on EC and post for me. I'll be applying for EC in Nov.
Thanks,
JD
No..my CTC ( cost to company) was higher in the letter the company gave. But i mentioned in the covering letter that it is higher coz the company mentioned it as CTC and not gross salary. CTC also includes food coupons and my companies contribution to provident fund. I was initially thinking of not giving this company letter. But i gave it anyway saying CTC is higher than gross shown in pay slips. Anyway..it all worked for me.Congrats !
Previous earnings: Did the letter from ur employer exactly match the salary specified on your payslips ?
thanks...
