Registration as BC of 10 years Old child born in UK

Post by winners » Sat May 02, 2015 1:48 pm

Dear Gurus

Please I need you to guide me on what best to do

Brief history :

My family including 3 children won appeal against UKVI at first Tier tribunal early Febuary 2015 base on 7 yrs immigration rule and Article 8 EC,

UkViI never appeal against Immigration decision but delaying sending us our BRP / Document as it has been 13 weeks today

Now my oldest Child will be 10years in 2 weeks in this May 2015 and I am trying my possible best to raise the application fee to do the registration

My question :

1)Is it advisable to do the application myself since I would not be able to raise the solicitor fee?

2)If yes ,is there any template to follow ?

3)Is there anywhere I can find a charity lawyer to help me prepare the application?

4) Can NCS help officer guide me out?

5) Did any of good character apply to minor at all ?

Sorry for too many questions as am eargerly want to do my child registration ASAP as anything can change about the requirement the way things are going the moment

Thanks in advance

I need assistance please

I would be registering my child as Brithish Citizen under British Nationality Act in this Month by myself since

am struggling to find any charity organisation to assist me with the application

My question now is that do I need any covering letter with the application ?

If yes , Can gurus or somebody guide me how to write the covering letter please?

Your assistance would highly be appreciated

Hi,

Please contact some law firms around you and explain your situation and ask them if they can help you on a pro bono basis?.

They are based in London.

I am sure someone more knowledgeable will come along shortly and advice you.

Good luck.

What do you need help with?

You can ask for free advice on the forum and if you read MN1 form and guide, it is fairly self explanatory.

I will be using form T

My question is after filling the application form and included the necessary supporting documents

1)Do I still need to write any covering letter with the application ?

2) Do you think its risk for me to apply myself ?

Pls read my brief immigration history above

Many thanks

I am not very familiar with Form T but there is a set of guidance notes.

Perhaps one of the other mods or gurus could advise if you have queries.
