what should I apply for Please.

Hi Everyone,

I would be very grateful if you can please help with my query.
I first came to the UK in 2009 on a 3 year Student Visa.
I as away from the UK for Few months to December 2011.
I met my partner (a UK resident) in 2011 and we remain unmarried till now.
In January 2012, I did not enrolled for a course at the University due to some issues I was having then.
In February 2012, the University reported me to the HO for non-attendance.
In March 2012, the HO issued a curtailment letter and gave me 28 days to leave the UK.
In April 2012, my partner gave birth to a baby and we have been living happily together since.

In May 2012, I applied for ILR on my own using a form which I have downloaded from the HO’s website. I attached my child’s birth certificate with the application. The HO remarked that I had sent a wrong form for the category being applied for, and that I haven’t taken Life in the UK Test. I was given Leave to Remain for 3 years which will runs out in just 2 months away

I am employed full time

My query is: Considering my circumstance as described above, Could you please tell me what type of application I can make to the HO?
