No, because it is family and you cannot use someone who is related to you either by blood or through marriage.

Applies to all applicants but it depends on whether you are an overstayer or an asylum seeker. See link below

And my cousins wife answer deferent surname she did not used our surname as she still retain her surname on her Br ppt and that is the ppt she's been using for long time so let me know if she can or may be I should go for my wife brother, wife she also is probation officer then I will used lawyer as second reference

Then on that caractacs I am an eea family member with confirm pr but I want to apply as 6years residence because I can proved that five years treaty+1 years .

The reason she cannot act as your referee is because she is related to you; the surname she holds is not really relevant. The alternative referee you have suggested is also related to you through marriage, hence would not be acceptable.

Just because someone is 'white' it doesn't mean they qualify as a professional referee. Estate caretaker cleaner isn't on the list of professions. Have you passed the Life in the UK test and B1 level English which are needed for a British Citizenship application?

Regarding your referees, the lawyer can act your professional referee so long as he/she is not related to either you or your wife. The other referee need not be a professional, however must be a British citizen who is over 25 years old.

To avoid any confusion here. The following would be considered acceptable.

1) First referee - Lawyer (professional) who is not related to either you or your wife
2) Second referee - Work colleague who again is not related to either you or your wife, is a British Citizen & over 25 years of age. Please note the fact that he is 'white' has no bearing here - He MUST be a British citizen.

Forgot to add that your referees must have known you for 3 years or more (as mentioned on the AN form) in addition to the above.

on the basisof old rules before9 th july 2012 i have got ilr last year in april 2014 now the question is am i eligible for naturalisation as husband is on ilr yet he has applies for naturalisation but no result yet

Wait for his result, once he attends ceremony and gets Certificate, you can apply as his spouse. Click here please for more information.

According to this link, your expired qualifications are fine.
