Akhi Sajjad -

MashAllah you got married 2 months ago - we have people here about 9 months +

may Allah make it easy for you bro - just make dua- continue you 5 daily prayers - for salah is the difference between the believer and the non - believer

Everyone here should be praying 5 times a day - regardless - Always turn to Allah.

Make dua things go through smoothly now - as conservatives in power now - they wont help our cause.

its 12 weeks - there are 12 weeks on working days only - that is like not including weekends + bank holidays! - so that is 60 days excluding weekends.

Hi, is it necessary to have changed your title from Miss to Mrs? My payslips and bank statement all still say Miss and i dont want this to cause a problem with my application.

It should not cause any problem as it isn't compulsory for you to change your title after marriage. I also haven't changed my title neither did my cousin who's spouses visa was granted.

Thanks for all your congrats!! Really happy and thankful to everyone especially almighty!!

But there is a problem with the entry clearance stamp one slight error on his passport number and that reflects on the barcode at the bottom! So all you hopefuls just get your spouse to check while they are at Gerry's!

Anyway does anyone know what to do? He is going to the Gerry office tomorrow. But couldn't find anything on line for apps
outside you uk??

Hi

Congrats to all whose visas have been accepted, may Allah grant us all happiness. Can somebody help me please.
Over the 12 months from may14-may15 I have earned £21.728. But 2 of my wage slips are below £1550 due to not doing overtime Bcus I was on leave to see my family. My actual salary without overtime is £18,000. My p60 shows over the threshold to. Should I submit 12 months slips, or 6 months?

The overtime is continuos and with my job its roughly 15-20 hours extra per week.

Thanks

Hi,

My husband just had his spouse visa appeal withdrawn and will submit his passport by the end of this week. Does anyone know what document might be required at the airport? Im just worried that the officials might ask and the last thing I want is my husband to be delayed when coming here.

Thanks

hi, check your passport stamp is it a 33months visa or a 30days visa. If its 33months then you have 3months to travel if its a 30day visa then you have 28days to travel.

I would suggest submitting all 12 months payslips along with p60 and a letter from employer confirming your earned income. Also it would be best if the employer can state that the overtime is guarnteed and is part of yur contract beacuse without this you will fall below the threshold and this could possibly cause a refusal. I recommend yu consult with a solicitor and also read the guidelines on ukvi website regarding ways of meeting financial threshold.

Ok simple answer to this is your pay for at least 6 months
Needs to be consistent it cannot go below 1550 at any cost
They will refuse you if it does and it dosent work on yearly
Even if u earn for eg 3000 first month, 6300 2nd month
3rd month you earn 600 they will refuse you

Go on to the following link ....
https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com

Fill in the form providing all the details as requested on the form and submit.
You should get a response within one working day with an update.

Good luck
Also as far to my knowledge all applicants in pakistan who applied in march are still waiting as the bhc have just started dealing with March applications.

i dont see why they cant inform us of when a ECO will view a application or they should have a guideline of when you apply your application will be looked at in this month. for example mine reached BHC islamabad 22nd April and an eco will check ur application around this date, surely they have enough ECO's and they a certain amount of application deadline to meet each day therefore the make an rough estimate.

Hi my pay from February 2015-July 2015 will be consistent with minimum of £2000 each month...( I will wait until July so that at least 6 months are consistent)
Should I submit from July 14-july 15 even though in December and January my wage is lower than £1550.?
My employer has provided me with a letter advising overtime is available throughout the year.. they will also provide a letter confirming my earnings over £18,600 from the period July 14-july 15. If this makes sense, I'm really confused.

In the same boat as you getting frustrated
We pay a huge fee just for them to take their time and keep us in the dark.
We have to go by updates from others who have had news on their visas to try and guess. Atm I've checked numerous forums and end of Feb have defo been dealt with or most have so they would have/ or have started March applications from this week.

I will be waiting impatiently to see any update of yours as once you have herd some news then not long after we should hear back about ours since its a week difference. We submitted at mirpur also.
