NVQ level 4 or above occupation list?

Hi all
where can I find the current level 4 occupation list
as I m confused which one to use
for my tier1 entrepreneurs (psw 50k) Route
also I m a bit confused about contract formate
will it be on hourly based or I can do it as a lumsum of suppose £1800 ect

As for as contract formate is concern you can use any one depending on client needs but also submit quotation with every invoice.
