ILR dependent from India

Hi All,

I got ILR in 2013 under 10 years route.
My wife also got ILR last year but she divorsed me 6months ago.
Im in uK now.
I am married again and planning to bring my new wife from india.(she never came UK before)

Could you please let me know the following:
1. What application form should she fill in india?
2. Should i tell home office about my divorce before applying visa for my wife?
3. Should i show the financial requriment, if yes how much per month/year i should earned? (fyi: i got ILR under 10year route)
4. How many months bank statements and payslips should i provide?

2. Should i tell home office about my divorce before applying visa for my wife? Declare the divorce in the application + submit divorce decree certificate
3. Should i show the financial requriment, if yes how much per month/year i should earned? (fyi: i got ILR under 10year route) Minimum of £18,600 earnings per annum or savings over £16,000 to make up the shortfall
4. How many months bank statements and payslips should i provide? 6 months.
Also submit a letter from your employer on company headed paper confirming terms of employment and salary
Your wife will need A1 English and you will have to pay the new NHS surcharge of £600 before submitting the application in addition to the visa fee.
