Which family are you joining and on what basis .

Does the family have status in the UK?

Hi there, apologies for the short description in th beginning
I have got an ILR last month, getting married this month and then planning to bring wife here on the visa - Join family in UK.
please let me know if you need any more information.

You wife needs to fill in form VAF4A

English A1 test required.

You must be earning a minimum of £18,600 per year or have substantial savings.

I suggest you download the application form and it's guidance notes. Have a read through them.

She will also have to pay the new NHS surcharge of £600 before submitting the application, in addition to the visa fee of £956.
