About to Send in My Third & Final Application. Approved

Hi everyone, I am about to send in my third application and hopefully the last one.

My previous appliaction was awarded 60 points out of the 9o. reason for refusal then was that my tax return does not corroborate my payslip because my tax return covers more that the 12 months period am claiming for.

So i have gotten a letter from my employer confirming the amount claimed, to be used as an exceptional evidence.

Please advise me rigorously.

Are you also able to submit bank statements showing the net salary direct-deposits ? A letter from your employer will be good to submit as well, although the letter should indicate what you actually earned (gross) in the earnings period claimed in the HSMP application, not simply your annual salary rate. And even if you submit the tax return, you should explain in the covering letter that it does not cover the earnings period claimed (so that the caseworker does not consider it for corroboration of the gross earnings, and find it wanting).

Did your application fail on the same front both times before ?

If you have had problems with your past applications, perhaps you would consider using an immigration agent? Although they are an extra cost, the chances of success are might higher and they can make sure all your documents are right. A friend of mine made three unsuccessful applications and ended up having to get a lawyer to appeal on her behalf. She was successful but it did end up cost her £££.

Application approved at last, without the help of a lawyer or something.
