Hi,
I will be applying for my wife & daughters dependent visa from Mumbai. I am holding ILR. I have all the necessary documents. I have 2 jobs. One of my employer is refusing to provide a reference letter. However I have my Original contract also I will have the recent original payslip. Is this sufficient for financial requirement? Also I don’t have p60 yet.
Also do I need Council survey report even though I have the tenancy agreement & landlord’s letter?
She never came to UK although we travelled to Dubai, France & Switzerland on holiday.
Kindly please advice.
Thank you
Nothing is permanent whatever you have enjoy it

faislondon, please don't high jack another member's thread. Apart from not being fair, it just becomes confusing.

Hi,
You need employement letter from your Current employer. For the previous employement you just need to submit Orginal employement contract and payslips (signed and stamped)
Please submit P45(if you have) and for P60 please get in touch with your current employer.
Accomodation - Please submit Tenancy agreement, Landlord's letter and Councilt Tax bill.
I hope this helps..
Thanks

Hi,
I see that under the 'accommodation' section, you did not provide a property survey report to show that your accommodation was adequate.
Was this information (such as number of rooms) instead supplied by your landlord? I rent through an agency so just trying to find out what information I need in the letter from them on behalf of my landlord.
I'd rather not have a property survey unless it's absolutely necessary; I live alone in a good sized 2 bed flat so there's plenty of room for my spouse.
Any light anyone could shed on this would be appreciated.
Thank you

i think property inspecition is required only for shared accomodation.
if you live alone (ie you are the sole lease holder of the property),following should be okay
1)tenancy agreement
2)letter from landlord/agent for no objection for your spouse to stay
3)Council tax statement/bill
4)photogrpahs of the property
5)Utility bills
