I got an email saying your visa process would be delayed due to enquiries.

Well, according to you 19th March applicants will get 3month entry time?

No, if your application was received after 18 march you get 30 days!

What do you mean delayed for equerries? because some people get emails saying it is "under process pending further queries" (something like that) which generally means you get an answer in a couple of weeks. Others get an email saying their application will be delayed more than 12 weeks because in their case they cannot meet their target timeline!

Did you give all the documents they wanted? or were you refused before?

Did they send you the email themselves or you asked for update?

Its already been 9 weeks so you will only probably have another month to go to be over the 12 weeks, thats probably why they sent you an email. Everyone is worried, I am as well but I wouldn't worry yourself because nothing comes out of worrying. Just have faith and inshalla things will work out.

RFC is abbreviated for Ready For Collection
Use this term to say received call from VFC Gerrys that passport is ready to be collected

The 30 day rule is not a hindrance.
The aim is that they will stamp it for the date u put in application for when you want to travel. they will accommodate more for you...so stamp from day you wish to travel as your applications

I provided all documents and they send email themselves not on my request.

congratz to those who got visas MA. pls pray for us too whos facing lot of difficulties.
jumma mubarak

once again i need valueable advice from u all. my queries below

*) i got rejected spouse vise back in oct 2014
then we lodged appeal got hearing but hearing dismissed too in april 2015
now we will apply fresh in july so my question is

1) will this all be okay?? as we are continus in process getting visa or eco will ask tht why you applying so late in july 2015 lthough u got refusal in 2014?? (mean time we were on appeal)

2) in application forms there is a blank page in part five tht states to write any additional information we have.
so can i as an applicant write hoe we met how married future plans our refysal issues and how we meeting requirment now etc etc or should i write to some printer A4 size page n take print outs n submit with documents?

The ECO wouldn't really look into why you didn't apply straight after last application as the ECO would understand that the are many reasons such as compiling evidence. As long as you can prove a subsisting relationship that's what matter.
so plenty of call logs, whatsapp or other means of how you kept in touch including any trips abroad.

You must put down on application that you have been refused before and the reasons and you can put down on covering letter that you had appeal at the time though usually the ECO would have access to previous application history.

Personally I would advise write a covering letter to outline information related to your relationship such as how you met etc....
On the form it's more specific to documentation or exemptions to cover anything that's either been answered on the form that you wish to add on.

Just keep faith in Allah complete the form and in Shaa Allah you will have success this time.

Do you have the slip that gerrys gave you when you submitted the application? ? If so keep this to hand as this will help you put you case forward

2nd I would wait the 5 dsys if you still don't hear anything then would raise a complaint. .. when you submitted Gerrys would have copied all your documents for they're own records so in worst case the ECO would ask gerrys to forward those docs and in Shaa Allah process yours as though it had been with them from your initial date which should mean that your file wouldn't be thrown at the bottom waiting for assessment.

In Shaa Allah pray that such doesn't happen and that they find your file and that they just forgot to update system.
