Yes, they will not call it sham marriage but they will defo put the case in 'marriage of convenience' regime. Plus they will take 6 months for refusal than Appeal take 6 months than Judicial Review will take 6-12 months.georgemcfly wrote:Thank you for your responses.

Or would UKBA class that as a marriage of convenience and reject it stating that the marriage is a sham, conducted solely to get a British passport. Or would it be seen legitimately and he would get his spouse visa?
