Hi im new here.... i'm British and my husband is living in KSA and he just got the visa/CP thank god
just want to know how long does he have to get to the UK???? because some people say 3 weeks and some say 3 months so im kinda confused!!!!

If he wants to avoid an additional visa extension towards the end of the 5 year probationary period (which will mean an additional visa fee) he should enter within 3 months.

Anytime prior to expiry of leave, or within 30 days, if subject to the biometrics requirement. However, the sooner the better, as the qualifying period for ILR starts upon entry.
