Hi im new here.... i'm British and my husband is living in KSA and he just got the visa/CP thank god :D
just want to know how long does he have to get to the UK???? because some people say 3 weeks and some say 3 months so im kinda confused!!!! :?

If he wants to avoid an additional visa extension towards the end of the 5 year probationary period (which will mean an additional visa fee) he should enter within 3 months.
(Casa, not CR001)

Anytime prior to expiry of leave, or within 30 days, if subject to the biometrics requirement. However, the sooner the better, as the qualifying period for ILR starts upon entry.
