Proof of relationship Documents

Post by chibakun » Mon Jun 01, 2015 8:57 am

My wife doesn't have many documents in her name or in join t names.

We have our joint bank account in both our names spanning two years.

She has bank statements in her name.

She has one letter from the DVLA.

She has two letters from HMRC.

I have bank statements, water bills, and Virgin bills in my name.

Can you she use Three mobile phone correspondence?

Do you have to provide two items from one source or is one acceptable (e.g. she only has one DVLA item)?

You can submit as many documents as you want from the same source, but the total documents must include examples from 3 different sources. She can include Three mobile statements, in fact anything with name and postcode will be accepted. If you don't have anything at all in joint names you'll have to submit 6 each in singles names (i.e 12 in total) Spread them as evenly as possible throughout the 2 years. How about TV licence or doctor's registration, medical letters? Council tax statement?
